Wednesday February 26th
Sky Tavern Take Over!
Sky Tavern is hooking us up with a private ski day on the hill with lunch provided! Please follow the link below to purchase your ticket in advance. The funds go to the operating expenses of the mountain to keep their dream alive of bringing outdoor recreation to everyone! Family is the backbone of their mission!
Come on out and enjoy the party at Sky Tavern!
830am - Meet at the main lodge to get tickets and start skiing!!
12pm - Lunch on the deck!
430pm - Apres and Dinner at Bully’s Sports Bar in Reno at the bottom of Mt Rose Highway. 18156 Wedge Pkwy, Reno, NV 89511. Right at the bottom of Mt Rose Highway.
Thursday February 27th
Palisades
Olympic Bike and Ski is offering a great deal for Monopalooza this year! 20% waxes and tune ups and 10% off retail in the shop.
830am - Meet at Main Base to pick up lift ticket if you do not have one and head up the hill with the group.
9am - 11am - Group Ski Time. Head on up to the top and over to the Shirley Lake and Granite Chief Chairs! These both have great runs for everyone to enjoy and both load from the same area. Look for friends and meet new monoskiers!
1130am - Lunch at the top of the Funitel at Gold Coast.
1230pm - Group up with friends and explore the mountain!
1230pm - Tour of the mountain with Lee Dube. Look for him after lunch at the top of the Funitel.
4pm - Apres at the Dubliner at the Main Base
Friday february 28th
Mt Rose
Lift Tickets!
Mt Rose is once again hooking the Monopalooza community up with killer discounts on lift tickets for Friday – $79 and Saturday - $99! BUT…you MUST purchase them from Monopalooza directly! CODA Boards will help make this possible to allow you to pay with credit card, cash app, cash or a check. We will be selling the lift tickets Wednesday afternoon and evening at Bully’s Sports Bar in Reno. We will also be selling them both Friday and Saturday mornings at the meet-up locations.
8am - Meet at the Winter’s Creek Parking lot to begin the day. We will have lift tickets that you must purchase from a Steering Committee Member! Looks for Chad, Greg or Michelle.
9am - 1045am - Ski the Zephyr Chair! Group up with friends and hit the snow!
1115am - MASS DESCENTION OF MONOSKIERS! Meet at the top of the Zephyr Chair and we will head to the drop zone in mass. Then…let the mono fun unleash!
1130am - Lunch at the Winter’s Creek Lodge on the Slide Side.
1230pm - The Chutes! Hit the steepest terrain in the Tahoe Basin and enjoy the views!
4pm - Apres at the Winter’s Creek Lodge with Dinner to follow at 530pm
Monopalooza 2025 Celebration Dinner at The Winters Creek Lodge of Mt Rose!
Arrive at The Lodge - 5:30pm
Dinner - 6:30ish
Raffle to follow dinner.
Saturday March 1st
Mt Rose
8am - Meet at the Main Base on the Rose side to purchase your lift ticket. Look for Chad, Greg or Michelle to purchase your lift ticket.
9am - 10am - Hit the hill!
Group Photo - 10AM Base of the mountain! Rose Side!
1030am - 12pm - Group skiing on Northwest Chair!
12pm - Lunch at the Main Base
1pm - 4pm - The Chutes! Group up and ski the steeps!
4pm - Apres at the Main Base
6pm - Dinner at Schussboom Brewing Company at the bottom of Mt Rose Highway in Reno! 12245 S Virginia St, Reno, NV 89511
Sunday March 2nd
Alpine at Palisades
8am - Park in the main lot. Reservations required!
9am - 1130am - Ski Sherwood chair! Group with friends and watch as fellow monoskiers hit the snow!
1130am - Lunch at the Ice Bar at the Bottom of the Sherwood Chair
1230pm - 4pm - Ski the Summit Chair on the front side!
